Hire Time

Amusement prices quoted are for a 5 hour operation times unless stated and include delivery, set up and GST. An additional 10% may apply on the hire price for each extra hour.

Travel

Standard delivery zone is 30 minutes from our warehouse in Knoxfield.  An additional delivery fee may apply outside this zone.

Fun Foods

An additional delivery fee may apply for fun foods and party hire equipment.

Operating Surface

Aussie Events and Amusements must be informed prior to your function if you intend to erect jumping castles, inflatables or marquees on any surface other than grass. There is an additional charge for weights if the jumping castle, inflatables or marquee/s cannot be pegged down.

Power

Unless the ride is supplied with its own generator, the hire is responsible for providing adequate power to each jumping castle, amusement and fun food equipment. Aussie Events and Amusements will provide a 20 metre extension lead for jumping castles, inflatables and amusements only.  Generators are available for hire at extra cost.

Valid for 30 days and subject to availability.

Deposit

Upon receiving your booking confirmation, a non-refundable 20% deposit is required to confirm your booking.  Payment options include visa, mastercard, EFT or cheque.

Balance

All bookings must be paid for in full on or before the day of your function.  Payment options include cash, visa, mastercard, EFT or cheque.  Please note that a 2% bank charge applies if paying by visa or mastercard.

Cancellation Policy

There will be no refund on your deposit however your booking may be transferred to another date, subject to availability. Please note if bookings are cancelled less than one month from the date of the event full payment may be required. As most events are booked well in advance it may be impossible to rebook the equipment to another event.  Aussie Events and Amusements do all in their power to assist with minimising costs when events are cancelled.
