Wet Sponge Throw

Wet sponge throwing is often seen at fairs, fetes and carnivals. The basic principle is to simply throw wet sponges at somebody who has volunteered to be the sponge target, with the aim being to successfully hit and soak this person with water.

At schools and church fetes putting a well known person in the firing line is guaranteed to attract people.  Principals and teachers and make irresistible (and therefore profitable) targets!

Don’t forget to site your pitch somewhere you can easily get fresh water. Filling a dustbin with a hosepipe is a good tip.
